The Polish government has introduced further restrictions on trade and movement in connection with the spread of COVID-19. People have to keep a two-meter distance from each other while in public, including family members with the exception of small kids and disabled persons. The number of customers at stores will be limited to three per cash register. Each customer will have to put on disposable gloves before entering a store. Stores and pharmacies will only be open for people over the age of 65 from 10am to 12pm. Shops selling building supplies must close on the weekends. Anyone who breaks the rules will be fined between PLN 5,000 to PLN 30,000.
