Poland’s warehouse, industrial stock hits 16.2 million sqm in Q1

Poland’s warehouse and industrial stock totaled 16.2 million sqm at the end of March, according to Savills. With 4 million sqm of warehouse and industrial space, Warsaw and its suburbs remain the biggest market, followed by Upper Silesia (2.62 million sqm), and central Poland (2.6 million sqm). Another 2.1 million sqm was under construction at the end of Q1, up 13 percent y-o-y, most of which is expected to be completed by the end of this year. More than 60 percent of the development pipeline has already secured pre-leases.
