Poland’s government has announced the fourth stage of unfreezing of lockdown measures, including loosening face-covering requirements, reopening gyms, cinemas and cultural institutions and also allowing mass gatherings. From 30 May face covering will be no longer obligatory in outdoor areas where one person can maintain distancing of two metres from others. However in shops or other public places covering the mouth and nose remains mandatory. From 6 June cinemas, cultural institutions, gyms and swimming pools will be reopen, though with reduced numbers allowed to attend. From 6 June weddings and other family events of up to 150 people can take place.
