Panattoni to deliver largest warehouse complex in Podbeskidzie

Panattoni Europe has launched a new project called Panattoni Park Bielsko-Biała III. The scheme will offer 68,500 sqm and is the largest investment project in the Podbeskidzie region. The complex has already secured its first tenants, including Seifert Logistics Group (7,500 sqm) and an interior design company (3,600 sqm). The tenants will be able to move into the facility next spring. “Upper Silesia enjoys the status of one of the most attractive warehousing regions in Europe, as evidenced by Panattoni Europe’s projects in Czeladź, Gliwice, Mysłowice, Ruda Śląska, Sosnowiec and, last but by no means least, Bielsko-Biała. I can safely say that the Podbeskidzie region is where Panattoni took its first steps in Europe, creating the then non-existent warehouse space in Bielsko-Biała,” said Marek Dobrzycki, managing director of Panattoni Europe.
