Panattoni building forklift factory for Linde in Kołbaskowo

Panattoni Europe will develop a BTS facility for Linde in Kołbaskowo near Szczecin. The provider of intralogistics solutions will use its new production and warehouse hall to make forklifts. The facility will be built on an 18 ha site and will offer 44,000 sqm. Construction is scheduled to begin this year. The cost of the investment is €60m. “In the project for Linde, Panattoni Europe is responsible for the entire development process, from preparing and securing the land and property, through obtaining all the permits and decisions, developing the building itself, coordinating all the changes required to accommodate the Linde technologies to be installed inside, up to the acceptance procedures and handing over the keys to the facility,” said Marek Dobrzycki, managing director of Panattoni Europe.
