Monika Szelenberger named leasing, asset manager at Adgar Poland

Monika Szelenberger has been appointed leasing and asset manager at Adgar Poland. She will be responsible for the leasing strategy, commercialization and recommercialization of all buildings in the Adgar Poland portfolio. She will also oversee development and leasing of the new Adgar concept BeYOURSeLF, which links traditional office leasing with the concept of co-creating. Szelenberger has worked in the field of commercial properties for more than 10 years. She gained experience at international consulting firms DTZ and Cushman & Wakefield, advising tenants in the process of relocation and renegotiation, office space optimization, and tenancy conditions.
