McDonald’s has leased 390 sqm in The Warsaw HUB, a highrise complex being developed by Ghelamco in Warsaw’s Wola district. The investment will be located at Rondo Daszyńskiego and will consist of three towers: a 86-meter hotel and two 130-meter office towers, which will be joined by a five-storey foundation.“When designing The Warsaw HUB, from the very start we wanted it to become a generally accessible building addressing the needs of tenants and Warsaw residents alike. A McDonald’s restaurant is another step forward to achieving this goal. This will be the first restaurant of the popular chain in the business centre in Wola district, which will further increase attractiveness of the area,” said Jarosław Zagórski, Commercial and Business Development Director at Ghelamco Poland.
