Manuli Hydraulics Polska opens central warehouse in Legnica

Manuli Hydraulics Polska has leased 11,500 sqm of BTS warehouse and office space in Legnica, southwestern Poland. The tenant was advised by AXI IMMO during the lease process. The new warehouse is being developed by a Legnica-based company. “The choice of location for our central warehouse in Poland was preceded by a wide analysis of locations throughout Poland. We finally decided on Legnica due to its proximity to the German border and the ease of supply within Lower and Upper Silesia and the rest of the country. The decision to lease a warehouse space in the selected facility was influenced by the fact that it was possible to adapt the area to our individual needs,” said David Sincholle, operations director at Manuli Hydraulics.
