Lance Billingsley to head anchor leasing at Federal Realty Investment Trust

Lance Billingsley was named vice president of anchor leasing at Federal Realty Investment Trust. He will oversee large-footprint tenant transactions for 80 shopping centers, representing more than 18 million sq ft of leasable space from the Boston suburbs through South Florida, including portfolios in New York, New Jersey, Philadelphia, and metropolitan Washington, DC. Billingsley, the former senior vice president of leasing at InvenTrust, has also worked for Brandolini Companies, First Washington Realty, and Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust.
