Krest Real Estate has built a new hotel in Portugal. It's the first Mok brand hotel in the country and marks the debut for the Belgian real estate investor in such projects. Located in Parque das Nações in Lisbon, it's to be managed by the Portuguese group Hoti Hotéis. The hotel will offer 222 rooms and is located next to the K-Tower office tower Krest is building. The two projects will cost it between €45m and €50m. The Hoti Hoté group hopes to be able to open by September.
