IFA AG completes new rental flats in Graz

Despite the coronavirus crisis, IFA AG has completed the City Suites Graz project in Kostenbaumgasse three months faster than planned. The project was handed over to investors at the end of June.

According to the IFA AG, around 60 percent of the 100 new apartments were rented before the building was completed. Project includes four shops 74 underground parking spaces, rounding out the total investment volume of €22m.

IFA AG board member Michael Baert said that the investors understand the stability and security of real estate investments in subsidized housing. He said that with the growing population in around Graz the units will be in high demand.
