Four Townes in Orlando sold to Millstone Commercial for $10m

The Four Townes Shopping Center in the Orlando submarket of Orange City, Fla. has been sold to Millstone Commercial in a $10 million deal. The 102,854 sqf retail outlet changed hands for just over $97 per sqf. Sitting on a 18 acre site, the 98 percent occupied center is anchord by Big Lots, Aaron’s and O’Reilly Auto Parts along with CiCi's Pizza, Advance America, and Boost Mobile. SRS’ Investment Properties Group marketed and brokered the sale on behalf of the seller, Four Townes.
