€10.6m luxury hotel planned for Zabljak, Montenegro

A new Chedi luxury hotel will be built in Žabljak, Montenegro for €10.6m, creating a complex consisting of a hotel and seven villast. The first guests should be able to begin arriving in the second half of 2022. The complex will have a total of 59 accommodation units, or 104 beds. Of that, 48 hotel rooms are planned for the central building, along with 11 studios plus two-bedroom apartment units in bungalows. Plans also call for a restaurant with a capacity of 84 seats along with an open terrace with 100 seats. On the west side of the central building, an outdoor heated pools will be built along with a gym, saunas and showers. A shallow fountain in the center of the complex will also function as a skating rink in winter.
