Dorota Wysokińska-Kuzdra to head Urban Land Institute in Poland

Dorota Wysokińska-Kuzdra has been appointed chairman of Urban Land Institute Poland. ULI is an international non-profit organization that promotes responsible use of land and urban development. It is a platform for sharing knowledge and experience between real estate experts and top players in Poland and abroad. Wysokińska-Kuzdra brings more than 20 years of property market, finance and banking experience to her role as the new head of ULI Poland. As senior partner at Griffin Real Estate, she is responsible for the investment and management activities of the group as well as for the first mezzanine fund in Poland. Recently she helped create a logistics platform within the group, which is co-managed by Griffin.
