The Czech government has loosened its restrictions on residents crossing the border for people working on a daily basis in one of the neighboring countries. The change takes effect from midnight on April 27. Since the introduction of state of emergency, it's become increasingly difficult for such people to continue to earn their living if they wanted to live at home. Yesterday's decision means they will no longer have to self-isolate for two weeks upon crossing the border. Instead, cross-border workers will have to be tested for COVID-19 every two weeks. The government has also loosened the rules for certain EU nationals to enter the country for the purpose of economic activities.
