The French investor Corum Investments has acquired two office buildings in the Netherland to its Corum Origin fund worth €24.18m, with a net initial yield of 8.48 percent. Corum already has more than 25 Dutch properties in its portfolio, making the Netherlands the French-based fund's most important foreign market.

Corum Investments aims to offer stable returns through a highly diversified and diverse portfolio of real estate across Europe. In May, the asset manager purchased an office building in Rome that is fully let to Colt Technology Services, a multinational telecommunications company with offices in 22 European countries, the US, India, and Asia.
