Chinese embassy in Podgorica plans residential complex construction

The Chinese Embassy in Montenegro asked the Secretariat for Planning and Landscaping and Environmental Protection of the Capital to issue urban and technical conditions for the construction of a residential building with apartments between the Capital Plaza complex, the Tobacco Plant and the Clinical Center. Preparatory work for the construction of the building have already gotten underway where the embassy owns a total of 5,225 sqm on two separate plots which are designated in the area of the Detailed Urban Plan "Central Activities Zone - Cetinjski put." The plan is to construct a residential building with accompanying facilities.
