Having opened Retail Park Staré Město earlier this month, the Central European investor Fidurock has appointed Cushman & Wakefield to handle its management. Built on land the investor bought in September 2018 and developed together with Lincoln Property Company, the 4,000 sqm center features eight retail units, including Mountfield, Dr. Max, Sportisimo and Teta drogerie. "The Staré Město location and the neighboring town of Uherské Hradiště is one of the strongest retail zones in the Czech Republic in our opinion," said Petr Vondrášek (Lincoln Property Company). "That strength was apparent even in the opening itself when the retail park thanks in part to its strong mix of tenants attracted a large number of customers despite the difficult sitaution connected with the spread of the novel coronavirus." Petr Landsinger (Cushman & Wakefield) noted that the retail park was the fifth asset C&W Fidurock has entrusted to it for management.
