ZFP and GEMO acquire Forum Poprad

Multi Corporation and GEMO HOLDING has sold the Forum Poprad center in Slovakia to ZFP Investments and MAT Corporation, part of the DBK group. The mall opened in 2015 and serves a catchment population of 215,000 with 22,500 sqm of space. Key tenants in the mall include New Yorerk, H&M, Lindex, Cropp and Tesco. The seller was represented in the deal by Cushman & Wakefield. “The acquisition of Forum Poprad adds another prime asset to the ZFP real estate fund, ensuring the diversification of its investments in the retail sector,“ notes Vladimír Bencz, member of the board of ZFP Investments.
