Wilsons: Leading Independent Law Firm of the Year - Czech Republic

Wilsons has secured another valued recognition for its tremendous work. The Prague-based, independent law firm received news regarding the Global Leading Lawyers 2018 survey, presented by the Lawyers Worldwide Awards Magazine: Wilsons was named the Leading Independent Law Firm of the Year - Czech Republic.

The prize comes on the back of a long string of successful transaction completions, including its work on behalf of DRFG in its acquisition of the shopping centres Géčko Ostrava and Géčko Liberec. Wilsons was also involved in the sale of the Letňany and Liberec Shopping Centres for Tesco, the acquisition of CTP's retail portfolio for a Turkish investor and of many other deals for the likes of Amundi, GLL, REICO and Lincoln. In short, this most recent professional recognition of outstanding service to clients is richly deserved.
