ASB Slovakia is now a member of the Slovak Venture Capital & Private Equity Association SLOVCA. As an associate member of the SLOVCA, we are now part of Slovakia venture capital and private equity scene.

“By joining SLOVCA, ASB as a service provider can connect with industry professionals who are senior level business decision makers from Slovakia’s private capital industry. SLOVCA gives us a platform for participation in or hosting networking and professional development events, for sharing the best practice. Membership will allow us monitoring changes in regulations and tax legislation as well as promoting a favourable environment for the industry. Thanks to our knowledge and skills we can provide the other members with professional support in their deals.” said Zuzana Kolárová, Managing Director of ASB Slovakia.

SLOVCA is an active member of Invest Europe, formerly known as EVCA and member of the group of National Associations throughout Europe. Its members are actively involved in preparing publication to promote venture capital and private equity in Central and Eastern Europe (see Central and European success Stories). SLOVCA keeps discussion among all interested parties on designing its future activities tailored to the specific needs of its members.
