Warta has leased 20,000 sqm of office space at Warsaw UNIT. The lease agreement, one of the biggest on the Warsaw office market in recent years, is for a period of 10 years. Ghelamco was advised by JLL, while Warta was supported by CBRE and Hogan Lovells. The 200-meter skyscraper is going up in the city’s Wola district and will offer 57,000 sqm of office space on 45 floors. “An office in Warsaw UNIT is an excellent showcase of a modern, rapidly developing company that cares about its image and best workplace standards. We are happy that Warta, a recognizable insurance company with a long tradition, has chosen our new project in the Wola district in Warsaw as its new headquarters,” said Jeroen van der Toolen, managing director of the CEE region for Ghelamco Poland.
