Warsaw’s total office stock reaches 5.59 million sqm in 2019

Total office stock reached 5.59 million sqm in Warsaw last year, following the delivery of 162,200 sqm of office space across 17 projects, according to C&W. New supply was down by 30 percent y-o-y, hitting its lowest level since 2011. In non-central zones, new supply amounted to 106,300 sqm completed across 12 projects. The largest office completions included Develia’s Wola Retro (24,500 sqm), Echo Investment’s Moje Miejsce B1 (18,700 sqm) and Profbud’s Vector+ (13,700 sqm). The central zone saw 55,800 sqm delivered across five projects, including Generation Park Z (17,300 sqm) and Spark B (15,700 sqm), both developed by Skanska Property Poland, and Golub GetHouse’s Mennica Legacy West (14,900 sqm), part of the Mennica Legacy Tower complex.
