Walter Herz strengthens Kraków, Wrocław teams

Emilia Kalińska has been appointed senior negotiator and regional coordinator at Walter Herz in Kraków, while Martyna Markiewicz was promoted to senior negotiator and regional coordinator in Wrocław. Kalińska will be responsible for managing Walter Herz’s Kraków branch, supervising the work of advisers specializing in leasing office space and tenant representation. She will also manage the development of Walter Herz projects in Kraków. Markiewicz, meanwhile, will oversee the company's work in Wrocław and the Tri-City region. Throughout her professional career, she was responsible for customer service in the regions, including contract negotiations and renegotiations. She also prepared market analyses for global brands.
