Vulcan Value Center to open Sept. 4

Vulcan Value Center is scheduled to open on Sept. 4 in Bucharest. The project will offer 25,000 sqm of commercial space and 1,200 sqm of parking. Developed by NEPI, the retail center is currently 95 percent leased. Vulcan Value Center will target middle-income consumers, according to Tiberiu Smaranda, executive director at NEPI. Tenants that will be opening in the new center include brands like H&M, C&A, Hervis and Domo.
