Vlad Exim to build apartments next to Vacaresti Natural Park

Vlad Exim, controlled by the Micsunescu family, is planning to develop an 11-floor housing block on a 2,342 sqm land parcel near the Vacaresti Natural Park in Bucharest. Set to go up in front of the Asmita Gardens residential complex, the scheme and will include 50 apartments and commercial units on the ground floor. Vlad Exim, a distributor of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, is still in the process of obtaining all the necessary permits.
