The Veranda shopping center, which will open Thursday in Bucharest, has signed leases with three new retailers: LC Waikiki, Noriel and Gerovital, totaling more than 1,715 sqm of space. A Noriel toy store will occupy 556 sqm, while fashion retailer LC Waikiki will occupy approximately 1,124 sqm. The Romanian cosmetics producer Farmec will open its second Gerovital store in Bucharest at Veranda.

The mall will feature about 30,000 sqm of retail space as well as 15,000 sqm of greenery. Veranda will include a 10,000 sqm Carrefour hypermarket. Other tenants include Tati, H&M, CCC, Deichmann and Triumph. Designed by British architects Chapman Taylor and Studio 10M, Veranda represents an investment of €60m.
