Van Caem Projects is set to develop a new commercial space in Berlin’s Lichtenberg quarter. The scheme will feature six buildings and about 500 underground parking spaces. Van Caem expects to invest €220m into the development. The Dutch developer recently acquired a 34,194 sqm plot for the project, located between Frankfurter Allee and Coppistrasse, from a private investor. The purchase price was not disclosed. Berliner Maklerbüro BWFD acted as an advisor.
