Uniprest Instal, Norm Fasteners moving to P3 Bucharest A1

Uniprest Instal and Norm Fasteners are joining the P3 Bucharest A1 tenant mix. The companies signed lease agreements on more than 6,300 sqm of space. P3 Bucharest A1 currently offers 380,000 sqm in 14 warehouses. An additional 100,000 sqm of logistics space could be added in the future. The property also has direct access to the A1 motorway as well as the pan-European Corridor 4.
