UniCredit sold the loan portfolio of its Bulgarian subsidiary, UniCredit Bulbank, in a deal worth €50m. The sale, which includes secured and unsecured non-performing loans, is in line with UniCredit Group's strategy to reduce poor quality exposures. The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter. UniCredit reached the agreement with APS and Balbec Capital, the bank said in a statement.
