Unibail Rodamco signs 6,000 sqm in leases at Lumen, Skylight

Unibail Rodamco signed 6,000 sqm in lease agreements at its Lumen and Skylight office schemes in Warsaw in the first six months of 2017. JLL brokered the deals on behalf of Unibail Rodamco. New tenants include ASB Poland, Goodman Poland, Dom Maklerski TMS Brokers S.A., Open Finance, Prologis, Regus, as well as companies from the energy, FMCG, and finance sectors. Savills was the agent for both ASB Poland and TMS Brokers. Lumen and Skylight offer a total of more than 45,000 sqm of space and are part of the multi-functional Złote Tarasy complex. Both buildings were recognized with a BREEAM Very Good certificate in the building category and Excellent certification in the category of management quality.
