TriGranit has begun work on its newest office development in Budapest. Millennium Gardens will have more than 37,000 sqm of GLA and will be located along the Danube next to the Palace of Arts and the National Theatre. The company Bayer Construct Zrt. is in charge of construction of the project, which is due for completion in Q2 2021. The two-wing office building will offer around 37,000 sqm of office space and more than 500 parking spaces, along with storage space for over 200 bicycles, changing rooms and showers and electric car chargers and a restaurant on the ground floor. „With the completion of the base plate at the end of June, the substructure construction works for Millennium Gardens had been completed," said Tom Lisiecki, CEO of TriGranit.
