Foulger Pratt has selected Transwestern to finish the lease up of 12435 Park Potomac Ave. in Potomac, Maryland. The 131,000 square foot, Class A office building is currently 50 percent leased. Located at the intersection of Interstate 270 and Montrose Road, the building features nine-foot ceilings, a high glassline ratio, and landscaped outdoor common areas. The property is part of the master-planned Park Potomac, which currently stands at 585,000 square feet and will total more than 2 million sqf once completed. The project includes 150 townhomes, 153 luxury high-rise condominiums and more than 75,000 sqf of retail.
