Transcom to expand call center operatios in Serbia

The Swedish-based call-center company Transcom is expanding its Serbian business and will be hiring new 100 people in its offices in Belgrade and Novi Sad. These offices focus on user experience, technical support, process management and administrative tasks.
Transcom started operations in Serbia in 2014 and currently employs around 400 people that speak Spanish, German, French and work for a variety of international projects. Transcom employs a total of 27,000 people in 50 centers based in 20 countries
