TPA Group building Palm Beach County warehouse on spec

The TPA Group broke ground on warehouse in Palm Beach County, Florida The 220,000 sq ft speculative scheme will sit on a 18-acre site within the 1,000-acre Palm Beach Park of Commerce, located west of Palm Beach Gardens. The developer received a $11.5m loan to finance construction of the building from Texas Capital Bank. Conlan Company is the general contractor. The project is slated for completion in June.
