Total investment volume in Poland to surpass €7bn in 2019

The investment volume in Poland is likely to surpass €7bn by the end of this year, which would be close to or above the level posted in 2018, according to Savills. This year, 745,000 sqm of office space was delivered, bringing Poland’s office stock to 11.1 million sqm. Poland’s retail stock now stands at nearly 12.4 million sqm following the completion of 315,000 sqm of retail space in 2019. The past 12 months also saw 2.7 million sqm of warehouse and industrial space come on-line, which brought the country’s total stock to 18.4 million sqm.
