The Polish retail chain Alma Market has sold a portfolio of three supermarkets to the Polish investment fund TFI Skarbiec. The sale and leaseback transaction is worth a total of PLN 27m, with Alma signing long-term leases for all three stores. Savills brokered the deal. Bartłomiej Krzyżak of Savills investment department said Alma has put three more stores it owns in Krakow (secured with 15-year leases) on the market.
