Texo Molior signed a €2.1m contract with the Port Authority of Dubrovnik-Neretva County for the reconstruction of the Port of Trpanj in southeastern Croatia. The project will include upgrades to the main ferry port for the Peljesac Peninsula and Korcula island. The first phase is scheduled for completion in June 2020, while the second phase is expected to be completed by the start of the 2021 tourist season.
This is one of eight of the biggest infrastructure projects in Dubrovnik-Neretva County. “Funds have been provided for four projects, and in the next few days a tender for a contractor for three projects will be announced. We expect construction permits for the project of the new port in Korcula and the reconstruction of the Ubli waterfront in Lastovo by the end of the year,” said Deputy Mayor of Dubrovnik-Neretva Josko Cebalo.
