In one of the largest deals seen on the Romanian market this year, Telekom Romania Telecommunications, part of Deutsche Telekom, has signed on to 25,000 sqm at the Globalworth Campus in northern Bucharest. The lease is for 10 years. The company will take space in the ongoing project’s first building, which is currently 60 percent leased, according to Globalworth.
Globalworth, controlled by Ioannis Papalekas, is also developing Bucharest One, which is 60 percent pre-leased as well. Bucharest One is set for completion in December 2015. Vodafone recently signed a lease on 16,000 sqm and Huawei took 2,500 sqm in Bucharest One.
