Taylor Wimpey to building 1,000 homes on Costa del Sol with FBD

The developer Taylor Wimpey Spain, which specializes in residential construction has launched its new Harmony residential complex, located in La Cala Golf Resort in Málaga), in which it planning to invest €13.5 million. The new scheme is the result of a joint venture created by the British developer and the Irish hotel company FBD five years ago and which already has more than 320 homes completed in six different projects within the resort. Eventually, the two companies plan to build more than 1,000 homes over the next 10 years in a project that will require a total investment of around €120 million.

The Harmony residential project is one component of this strategic plan and has received its construction permit from the Mijas City Council. It encompasses 56 apartments and penthouses with two- and three-bedroom units offering panoramic terraces overlooking the golf valley and the sea. Its first phase is due for completion in the summer of 2022.
