The hotel Bistrica on mountain Jahorina in Bosnia was sold to Swiss investment fund Batagon International. The new owner will start a total reconstruction of the facility in April, with the goal of upgrading it in order to cater to a wealthier demographic. The refurbishment is expected to cost roughly €12.5m and should be completed by December. Its subsidiary Bathoteli will be in charge of operating the hotel.
