Svoboda & Williams to Exclusively Mediate the Sale of Lofts in the Belveder Top Residence Building

The Svoboda & Williams real estate agency was appointed as the exclusive selling agent of 17 loft apartments in Belveder Top Residence, a renowned historical building in the attractive Brno neighborhood of Černá pole, right next to Lužánky Park. The lofts offer generous layouts, first-class facilities, and beautiful views. Residents will be able to park in an underground garage.

The apartments in the Belveder Top Residence are unique not only for their location on the corner of Erbenova and Drobného streets, which are lined with lovely villas and surrounded by important historical landmarks and Brno’s most popular parks, but also for the building’s special history, which goes back to the early 20th century when it was designed by builder František Pawlu. Constructed in a Neo-Baroque style, the building was recently carefully reconstructed, preserving its original architectural elements.
