Based on exclusive instruction, the Svoboda & Williams real estate agency has launched the sale of apartments in the unique residential park Šárecký dvůr, which is rising in the most charming setting of a Baroque courtyard in a tranquil part of the Prague 6 city district. The project offers premium housing in a gated complex with a reception and underground parking. Šárecký dvůr is situated within reach of the Divoká Šárka nature reserve and, at the same time just a few minutes' walk from a metro station. The apartments in the project will be move-in ready by August 2018.

Consisting of a total of 51 premium apartments in an attractive residential park, the Šárecký dvůr project blends original Baroque architecture with 21st century design. The one-of-a-kind project will result from a complete renovation of what once was a farmstead with a history dating back to 1433. Alongside apartments with traditional layouts, the project also includes three-story apartments with impressive vaulted ceilings, duplexes with private gardens and generously designed penthouses.

Privacy and security of the residents will be maintained by an on-site reception as well as an original, protected stone wall surrounding the complex. The concept of the project and the exteriors were created by Bogle Architects, while the interiors come from the Chmelař architekti studio. The project is being developed by the CRESTYL group.
