Svoboda & Williams Exclusively Appointed to Mediate the Sale of Apartments in Viladům Vršní

The Svoboda & Williams real estate agency has received an exclusive instruction to mediate the sale of units in the boutique Viladům Vršní project, which is currently being built in the Prague neighborhood of Kobylisy. The six-story building will offer 17 apartments and 2 non-residential premises on the ground floor.

Viladům Vršní is located in Kobylisy, a Prague neighborhood with a relaxed, small-town atmosphere. A purely residential area with no large administrative buildings and an abundance of green spaces, yet it boasts excellent access to the city center, which is only 3 metro stops away. The project will offer 17 apartments with one-bedroom to three-bedroom layouts and floor areas ranging from 49 to 121 sq. m. The building will include two underground floors to serve as a garage—each unit will be able to purchase 1–2 parking spaces. The ground floor is reserved for 2 non-residential premises.

Thanks to its position on the southern slope of Kobylisy, the apartments on the upper floors will enjoy incredible views of the Prague panorama.
