Supernova Group buys four commercial properties in Croatia

In a bid to expand its activities in Croatia, Supernova Group took over four commercial properties in the country. The transaction includes Kaptol Centar, Branimir Centar and Cvjetni Centar in Zagreb as well as City Colosseum in Slavonski Brod, eastern Croatia. The value of the deal was not disclosed. The Austrian group has increased its Croatian shopping center portfolio by as much as 260,000 sqm and has plans to open a new Supernova center in Zadar soon, according to local news reports. Supernova Group has reportedly invested €400m in Croatia in 14 properties. It has 6,470 employees in the country.
