Su-Prospect has developed a “smart” building with a weather station in Subotica, northern Serbia. Located on Vuka Karadzica street, the project is the town’s first “smart” building. If it is raining or hailing, for example, the building will automatically lower its shutters, said Ivan Malicevic, director of Su-Prospect. “The building is not ‘smart’ if you roll the shutters remotely or turn on the light through the Internet, because anyone can do it, but the essence is that without a person's presence, she can do something on her own,” said Malicevic.
