Spaceti wins MIPIM Start-up Competition

A Prague-based proptech company called Spaceti won the Start-up Competition at MIPIM in Cannes. The other five finalists in this year's competition, which began with a field of 200 competitors, were Sensonberg, District, Neoma, Tatami, and Kwant.Ai. The semifinal events to narrow down the list of finalists took place in Paris for European competitors, in New York and in Hong Kong, in which companies pitched their ideas and business models. Spaceti offers a series of services through a specialized phone application that works with sensors placed around a client's office or building that helps tenants and owners use the space more efficiently.
