The Bulgarian company Sopharma Trading, which operates in Serbia, plans to build a logistics center for storing pharmaceutical products in Nova Pazova. The project involves the construction of a logistics center including office space and accompanying facilities in the central part of the Central Work Zone of the Municipality of Stara Pazova, on a plot of around 5.3 hectares. The facility will require a pumping station with tanks, a substation and generator, and an underground tank for liquefied petroleum gas. Project plans include adequate parking space and preparations for connecting to local media and infrastructure.
