Societe Generale leases 10,500 sqm at Campus 6.3 in Bucharest

Societe Generale European Business Services leased 10,500 sqm of office space and 57 parking spaces in the third building of Skanska’s Campus 6 project in western Bucharest. Campus 6.3, where Societe Generale EBS will begin partial relocation of its team in the fourth quarter of 2020, will be LEED Gold and WELL certified. The building is now 91 percent leased. The Campus 6 complex will include four buildings with a total leasable area of approximately 81,000 sqm.
