Skanska sells two buildings at Silesia Business Park in Katowice

Skanska sold Buildings C and D at the Silesia Business Park, a four-building office complex in Katowice, for €59m. The buyer is ISOC Group, a diversified real estate and infrastructure investment group based in Manila. This is Skanska’s first CEE office divestment deal with a company headquartered in the Philippines. The two class A office properties total 24,600 sqm of leasable space. There is also parking for 250 vehicles on two underground levels. The buildings are 72 percent leased to tenants from the technology and IT sector, including PwC, Accenture and NGA Human Resources.
